How I got here

BSc Psychology → MBA Systems → Business Analyst in Pune → APM in Chennai.

Doesn't make sense on paper. Didn't make sense while it was happening either. But psychology taught me how users think, systems thinking taught me how features connect, and the corporate stint taught me how to deal with people. Every detour loaded a skill I now use weekly.

SparrowCRM — now

I own our migration off HubSpot onto SparrowCRM: three accounts, ten users, and two months of consolidating every SurveySparrow product onto one CRM. Pipeline setup, field mapping, cutover, on calls with RevOps and AEs the whole way.

Being our own first customer is the useful part. RevOps were reading each lead's time zone by hand to work out its state before pushing it to HubSpot for routing. The enrichment location was already sitting on the record, so I rebuilt routing on that and the manual step left every inbound lead. Lead capping was the same story: HubSpot can't cap assignment, so once an owner passes about 5 open leads the rest sit unworked. SparrowCRM already did it. That one is now a named pain point in the migration pitch.

Integration parity went ahead of the AI agents on the roadmap. Nobody leaves HubSpot until the integrations they run every day come with them.

The hygiene agent is live in v1. It reads calls, meetings and emails and updates the record fields, and the AE approves each change before it lands. RevOps and AE feedback goes into v2.

SparrowGenie — my first 0-to-1

Owned the RFP Automation module from concept to live beta in one quarter. AI proposal generation, multi-role workflows, three feature sets, zero critical defects at launch.

Ran 10+ user interviews, mapped 12 journeys, wrote 8 PRDs and 30+ user stories. Cut proposal turnaround by 25%. Built a notification engine that dropped alert noise 60% without losing any deal-critical signal.

The product eventually got shelved. But it never broke. Not once. If you've shipped something 0-to-1 in one quarter, you know that's not a low bar.

Gryphon Academy — where it started

First real job. Built dashboards tracking 12 KPIs in Looker and Power BI. Ran A/B tests, wrote SQL cohort queries, automated 6 reporting workflows. Took reporting from 3-day lag to same-day. Built a feedback system processing 1,000+ responses a month and a contract system that cut billing cycles from 10 days to 4.

This is where I learned that the gap between "how things work" and "how things should work" is where the interesting problems live.
