How I got here
BSc Psychology → MBA Systems → Business Analyst in Pune → APM in Chennai.
Doesn't make sense on paper. Didn't make sense while it was happening either. But psychology taught me how users think, systems thinking taught me how features connect, and the corporate stint taught me how to deal with people. Every detour loaded a skill I now use weekly.
SparrowCRM — now
New product, new beginning. Still early, still figuring it out.
SparrowGenie — my first 0-to-1
Owned the RFP Automation module from concept to live beta in one quarter. AI proposal generation, multi-role workflows, three feature sets, zero critical defects at launch.
Ran 10+ user interviews, mapped 12 journeys, wrote 8 PRDs and 30+ user stories. Cut proposal turnaround by 25%. Built a notification engine that dropped alert noise 60% without losing any deal-critical signal.
The product eventually got shelved. But it never broke. Not once. If you've shipped something 0-to-1 in one quarter, you know that's not a low bar.
Gryphon Academy — where it started
First real job. Built dashboards tracking 12 KPIs in Looker and Power BI. Ran A/B tests, wrote SQL cohort queries, automated 6 reporting workflows. Took reporting from 3-day lag to same-day. Built a feedback system processing 1,000+ responses a month and a contract system that cut billing cycles from 10 days to 4.
This is where I learned that the gap between "how things work" and "how things should work" is where the interesting problems live.
